Lindsay Romasanta is the Chief of Staff for the student affairs division at UC Davis. Previously, she served in leadership roles at Portland State University, UC San Diego and Arizona State University, where she cultivated programs and services that supported educational opportunity and student success. She served as one of the founding co-editors of the Journal of First-Generation Student Success.

Lindsay earned her bachelor’s degree in social work and a certificate in Asian American studies from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude and went on to earn a Master of Public Administration from Georgia State University and Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University.
