Staying healthy—physically and mentally—is really important when you are a student. However, it’s not always easy to stay healthy if you have a demanding course load, are managing relationships with friends or a significant other and are involved in extracurricular activities. Luckily, there are a number of resources on campus to help students stay in tip-top shape in both body and mind.
